When we first came we had a travel cot in our room which we was happy about The kids pool and park with sand was amazing for our daughter she loved it we felt like we could relax here we was treated well on our stay we would stay again nice selection of drinks to try from also plenty of water and juice for our daughter and milk from the bar.We also did a safari tour which was amazing we payed at reception. Only thing I would note is that if youre a vegetarian/vegan you will struggle a lot as there are not many options at all to suit your needs! Only down side is having food allergies some of the deserts aren't clearly labelled so I was limited in choice as the staff couldn't really tell me the ingredients, I went to the reception and she gave me a card to take stating my food allergy however the staff still couldn't really help distinguished the food I was asking about, this is a constructive criticism for improvement for the hotel but doesn't diminish from the overall great culinary experience.
